Spring Fever
Spring has sprung in Michigan, and Barn Sanctuary prepares to open the pastures. Dan and Kelley head to Iowa to rescue a lamb called Ginger who is in need of major medical attention, and Dan's twin Chris is home and ready to be put to work.

Buttercup Stampede
A cow called Buttercup comes to Barn Sanctuary, but the team is concerned about her feisty behavior towards the rest of the herd. Ginger the lamb battles a life-threatening infection, and Bart the rowdy rooster is in need of a vet visit.

Cockfight Club
Dan heads to Chicago to give cockfighting roosters a second chance. Later, the crew worries if DJ the cow's unruly behavior will be welcomed by the rest of the herd.

House Fire Rescue
Chris experiences his first rescue and save two goats called Hugo and Emmy who are in need serious medical attention. Joey the calf returns after a series of surgeries, and Lola the kid goat is surprised with a prosthetic.

Working at the Cow Wash
As summer arrives, the team hosts a carwash fundraiser to help the cows and donkeys receive medication. Dan goes on a covert mission to save KJ an injured goat kid, and a donkey called Mary Pete needs medical attention.

We've Got Pig Problems
Barn Sanctuary welcomes a blind goat called Charlie and two lovable ducklings who need help to learn how to swim. A tussle between pigs June and Jasper ensues during routine tusk and nail trimming, while Ginger the goat embraces her new prosthetics.

Baby Fever
The barn partners with Michigan Humane Society to find forever homes for four neglected calves. As night falls, they welcome a litter of piglets, and Chris is tasked to build a playground for the goats.

Aqua Cow
A cow called Dwight is ready to conquer his pain from a leg injury and heads to Indiana for hydrotherapy. Lola the goat is gifted with a prosthetic and is ready to walk again, while Dan takes in over a dozen exotic farm animals.

Hungarian Hogs
Dan and Chris head across Lake Michigan to adopt two Mangalica piglets. A rooster called Bart undergoes surgery to remove his spur, and Steve the goat is gifted with pool noodles to protect the other animals from his rage.

Reuniting the Herd
After a year in the making, the Barn Sanctuary pigs are ready to move in to their pig palace. The turkeys are gifted with musical instruments, and after Andy the cow passes, the staff has a memorial in his honor.

Hog Chase Rescue
Dan races to North Carolina to rescue a group of pigs from horrific living conditions and discovers that one of the pigs is pregnant. Later, the organization's new sign is displayed, making their transformation official.
