Filmed across an entire year, Scéalta na Lochanna delves into the legends and lore surrounding these iconic waters, from the mythical tales of Fionn Mac Cumhaill to pivotal moments in Irish history, including the Nine Years' War. Scéalta na Lochanna explores the enduring traditions of fishermen's blessings and the Centuries-old industries that depend on the loughs, including fly fishing, eel farming, and traditional Lough shore farming.
