Daan finds a man in despair who lost his new mobile phone, the border force receives a call about a person walking around with just a bathrobe and Isabel has an encounter with a mother and a baby where the baby is not on their itinerary.

Passenger Agent Isabel has to refuse a cat from boarding a plane and is ignored by another passenger when she makes a request. Daan is worried about the not-functioning airconditioning and gets a confirmation about her worries when a passenger vomits and faints. Jose can't stop laughing with the faulty intercom.

Aflevering 3
Ronald and Isabel have to deal with a flight that just had a bird strike, while Daan is trying her best to keep the flow in motion during a protest and the military police receives a call about a collapsed boy in one of the lavatories.

Aflevering 4
Customs finds a passenger bringing prohibited items into the country from her country of origin, Daan is curious when she spots the self-driving wheelchairs and wants to try them out, while the military police receives information about a person known to them to cause a nuisance.

Customs receives a call from downstairs about a potential endangered species being smuggled into the country, while the military police scales up due to a bomb threat and border control faces an issue with a Chinese family that is denied entry to Trinidad, China and the Netherlands.

Aflevering 6
Dilek has to handle a passenger who is angered by the fact that she will need to pay import tax over the product she brought over, Isabel shows us how to connect a jetbridge to an aircraft and Josee is out again in order to assist passengers in need.

Aflevering 7
In the final episode of season 2 we follow a TUI crew on their flight to Curacao. Security talks about some weird findings they have made throughout their work and passenger agents Ronald and Isabel who are facing a man with a short fuss.
