New year in the famous ski academy. Like Dani, who wants to cheat her way in. The talented Swiss Nawal can expect to be accepted, but her mother is against it. The future of the school is uncertain anyway: because of finances and because parents of a deceased student are putting pressure on it.
Folge 2
During the recording race, the talented Swiss Nawal falls and injures herself. Nevertheless, she gets a place at the academy. But what if she doesn't get fit again in time? Like them, each candidate faces their own challenges - what price are they willing to pay for success?
Folge 3
Nikki inherited the talent from her father, school principal Mark. But Nikki has zero discipline. Mark himself is under pressure. He is said to be responsible for the death of a student. Steffi finds out that sister Dani cheated her way into getting her place at the academy. Actually he would have heard Steffi.
Folge 4
Luca is one of the best at the academy. But he struggles with severe social deficits that get in his way at a PR event and cause a catastrophe. And the injured Nawal goes skiing in secret - despite the ban from head coach Franziska.
Folge 5
After the avalanche disaster, Luca is threatened with expulsion and mother Laura is threatened with a lawsuit from the academy. Head coach Franziska rejects such brutal methods. She wants athletes who don't follow blind discipline. She goes on a collision course with the tough assistant coach Veighofer.
Folge 6
Dani's fraud is exposed. Does she have to leave the ski academy now? Georg is humiliated by Veighofer and freaks out. The tough trainer works with dubious methods. Nawal also suffers from this. And Nikki tries to exonerate his father. This is said to be to blame for the death of a student.
Folge 7
Georg and Nikki do a huge stupid thing. Nawal blackmails Veighofer in order to be allowed to start in the final race. Luca makes a discovery that sheds new light on the mystery surrounding Paul's death. And manager Edda wants to save the academy. That would have bitter consequences for Schiesstl.
Folge 8
Dani's sister Steffi disappears on the day of the final race. Now Dani has to decide: should she fight for victory or look for her sister? And the mystery surrounding Paul Zeiler's death is clarified. The person you least expected is to blame.

Whether it is shopping on a budget, substituting out-of-stock ingredients or grabbing groceries at closing time, each chef has to shop, prepare, and plate three different dishes using whatever they can pull off the shelves. Ultimately, the food does the talking, as one-by-one the losing chefs "check out," by a rotating panel of judges that includes Melissa d'Arabian, Richard Blais, G. Garvin, Troy Johnson, Catherine McCord, Aarti Sequeira, among others. The last chef standing goes on a shopping spree of a lifetime worth up to $20,000!
