NBA Pro Rudy Gay was traded mid-season last year to the Toronto Raptors, and he's been living in a hotel ever since. Meanwhile, in San Diego, baseball great David Wells needs help listing his sprawling Tuscan-style mansion in Fairbanks Ranch. The Abrams Team rushes to help and conducts a search of comparable homes for sale to find an appropriate listing price for the Wells' estate.
