Episode 1
Scotland's favourite force are back battling bams and busting scams. The Chief deals with speculation he might quit his tartan patch to become head of the London Met, while Fletcher and McLaren tackle safe sport at their local rugby club. Meanwhile, Bobby helps Millar and McKelvie recover a lethal weapon from a nearby community centre, and there is some red-hot romance for McIntosh and McKay to investigate out in the countryside. And the launch of Scottish Police Force TV features an in-depth interview with the Chief conducted by a Scottish broadcasting legend.

Episode 2
The Bravehearts in Blue crack down on criminality all across Caledonia. Megan Squire is all set to retire, but the ace detective still manages to bang up a banger on her last day. Meanwhile, traffic cops Singh and McKirdy are hindered by accidentally losing their police car, and youth liaison officer Eleanor Hipgrave turns DJ to blast out a surprisingly popular playlist. And the Chief turns to a feathered informant to learn key intel straight from the parrot's beak.

Episode 3
Frenzied speculation links the Chief to the vacancy at the top of the Met Police. Miekelson insists he does not want the job, before common courtesy demands he head to London for an interview. Elsewhere, there is a promotion for Surjit Singh, leaving Hugh McKirdy wondering how you replace an irreplaceable partner, while Bobby makes an official complaint at the police station on behalf of his dog Fridge. Annie McInnes demonstrates how human error affects throwable tech, Charlie McIntosh becomes the poster boy for a countryside campaign, and urban crimefighters Fletcher and McLaren make the TV news.

Episode 4
An extra-special finale to the series sees Scotland's favourite cops stepping up and moving on. Chief Miekelson receives a momentous phone call from London as the Met Police choose their new leader. PC Sharon McKelvie seeks wise words of advice from Desk Sergeant Karen-Anne Millar, while city cops Sarah Fletcher and Jack McLaren get their fingers on the triggers at the police firearms unit. Meanwhile, Archie Pepper uses his tech smarts to develop an app worth many millions, and a wild night at the country fair puts the spotlight on McIntosh and MacKay's chemistry as partners.

The Lioness Program, overseen by Kaitlyn Meade and Donald Westfield, enlists an aggressive Marine Raider named Cruz to operate undercover alongside Joe among the power brokers of State terrorism in the CIA's efforts to thwart the next 9/11.
