Jackie interrupts a live radio broadcast to surprise one of our nominees who is an unsung hero in his community. She heads to Elgin to meet a mum and dad saving lives in the name of their son Keiran and surprises them by honouring his memory. She brings a flash mob onstage during a Glasgow pantomime to surprise their very own dance teacher who has changed their lives. She travels to Inverness to play a prank on an incredible hairdresser who has raised over £100,000 for her local hospice. Jackie ends with a secret gig performance that surprises the entire town of Aberfeldy.
