The goal is to attract other content creators for both work and play. Scott and Debra transform this waterfront gem into a cotton candy contemporary cottage that will be memorable online and in person.

Caleb & Jordan - Grey Stone Ranch
Brothers Caleb and Jordan want to run a string of short-term rentals before they turn 30; Scott is happy to mentor these ambitious young men and teaches them how to convert an old farmhouse on a bison ranch into a rip-roaring, ready-to-rent.

Lizzie & Rushad - Country Cabin
Lizzie and Rushad are well acquainted with Scott's help; he came to their aid more than ten years ago; now, after a span of fourteen years, they are once again turning to his expertise to overcome challenges with their vacation property.

Regina & David - Sandy Pines
Regina and Dave have a two-storey cottage with too many small rooms; with three kids and demanding jobs, they need Scott and Deb to create an open concept cottage that would be great for gatherings, with tons of shore appeal and play spaces.

Becky & Rowan - Riverside Retreat
Becky is a single mom trying to manage and maintain their vacation home that is beloved by her growing sons. But it's dated, and she can't keep up with all the fixes it needs. Scott and Debra to the rescue! They tackle some serious issues and convert this suburban-looking property into a Riverside Retreat, equipped with a cabana, fishing amenities, and a fire pit.

Jillian & Emerson - Lakeside Landing
When Jillian and Emerson's stepdad passed, the cottage he was helping them build came to a halt; Scott and Debra step up to the challenge and build a two-storey cottage with windows to the lake, vaulted ceilings and contemporary design.
