She works from home for the local council and works 35 hours a week but spends an average of four hours and 40 minutes on her screen.
Dad Duncan is a self-employed builder. His screen use is a major temptation and a big concern for Isabel. Between working and leisure, Duncan spends almost 11 hours in total glued to a screen. Nine-year-old daughter Dana racks up around eight hours a day between her phone and tablet.
The family's average daily total stands at 23 hours and 33 minutes. Georgie certainly has her work cut out to reduce this and help the family reconnect with each other.
