As well as getting to know each other, the group of singles must adjust to communal living and get to grips with life on the farm. Learning to keep the wild boar at bay, they tackle their first Merlot grape harvest with mixed results. They also breathe new life into the farm and buy their first livestock. The group must integrate with the locals, trying out their basic Italian, and throw themselves into the trials of rural Tuscan living, with all the challenges that brings.

After a week in Tuscany, the group are finally starting to settle into rural living and their new home in the countryside. Looking to expand the farm's potential by opening a new bed and breakfast venture, the group start to renovate an empty outbuilding. When the first guests arrive, all does not go according to plan with temperamental Tuscan plumbing putting a spanner in the works of their grand ambitions. With autumn just around the corner, they also have to face the harsh realities of rustic life when a Tuscan storm threatens to ruin the farm's entire crop of Sangiovese grapes. It is all hands on deck as the group work together to pull off the ambitious grape harvest and rescue the farm's biggest income. The stress and strain of living and working together means temper start to fray, as some members of the group begin to find life in Tuscany less than idyllic.

It's the start of Autumn in Tuscany and time for the olive harvest at La Banditaccia. After the success of the previous grape harvest, two members of the group make it a personal mission to ensure that owner Maurizio's precious olives are picked, pressed and turned into extra virgin olive oil before they reach their peak.

Episode 5
Love is in the air at La Banditaccia as they prepare to host their first big event, a traditional Italian wedding. Faced with the language barrier and different cultural traditions, they are under pressure to get it right for this very special occasion. As the wedding day dawns, the group face one of their biggest challenges of their stay, trying to deliver an authentic Tuscan wedding feast for a party of 40 discerning Italians. As the group near the end of their stay in Tuscany, they start to think about where their future lies. While some are missing what they have left behind in the UK, others are considering making life-changing decisions.

Episode 6
With the wedding day over and the main responsibilities on the farm coming to an end, the group throw themselves into community life and enjoy their last few days together in Tuscany. There is a chance of a lifetime on the horizon for one member of the group, while others reach some surprising conclusions about their future in Italy. As the group reflect on what they have learnt about themselves during their stay, they say their final goodbyes to the farm and to each other. Will any of them decide to make Tuscany their home, and did they discover that the reality matches up to the dream? Three months later, we catch up with all of them to see where they are now, and to see if the Tuscan experience has changed their lives for the better.
