Davante Adams
Las Vegas Raiders All-Pro wide receiver Davante Adams trades his football for a sledgehammer as he gifts his grandmother, Bettie, who helped raise him, a modern upgrade to her East Palo Alto, Calif., home where he grew up. While taking a break from the renovation, Davante takes Nischelle to Jack Farrell Park where his athletic dreams began.

Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Elle King returns to her roots to surprise her "Pawpaw," who has always been her biggest fan, with a transformation of the Wellston, Ohio home he has lived in for nearly 50 years. During a break from the renovation, Elle takes the team to Rowdy's Smokehouse where the whole town is eagerly waiting for a special performance from the country superstar.

Mookie Betts
Fresh off the heels of his return to the Dodgers starting lineup, eight-time all-star and Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Mookie Betts trades in his baseball bat for a sledgehammer as he returns to his hometown of Nashville, Tenn., to surprise his father, Willie, with a much-needed home renovation. While taking a break from the renovation, Boston Rob takes Mookie on a trip down memory lane to his old high school where Mookie reunites with his former coach and also places a friendly batting practice wager with Boston Rob, a die-hard and life-long Red Sox fan, to wear a Dodgers hat back to Boston if he can't hit a ball at Major League speeds.
