In the first episode, Anita and the team help two couples struggling to make ends meet. In London, Rai is desperate to know why they can't pay their debts, until she discovers that husband MK is spending a small fortune on designer gear. In Milton Keynes, Daryl needs help to confront his partner Natalie to stop spending so much cash on beauty treatments and eating out.

Anita Rani and the team assist two couples trying to survive on one pay cheque. In Maidstone, Kent, Molly has had enough of seeing an empty bank balance and wants help to confront husband Damien about overspending in the supermarket. In Norfolk, a frustrated Amanda hopes her wife Charlotte's takeaway enthusiasm can be curbed with help from the team.

Anita Rani and the team help two couples battling to pay the bills. In Cardiff, Mario wants to save some money for a house deposit. However, his wife Zanif would rather spend money on going out and extravagant treats. In Kent, Kerrie needs help with her husband Ian's shopping for vinyl and his transport memorabilia habit.

In Chesterfield, Derbyshire, Dan is worried about his wife's credit card bill after she splashed out on a hot tub and gazebo for the garden. In Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, care worker Jackie needs her retired husband to stop spending their cash in the seaside arcades, so they can afford to see her family in the Philippines for the first time in 10 years.
