The KKK, The Priory of Sion, The Order of Assassins, the names might be familiar but who are they? What are they? What are their beliefs and aims? This series explores some of the most secretive and dangerous global underworld societies and their counter-culture dogmas. It's a murky, mysterious mixture of sectarian cults, fanatical religious groups, esoteric societies and political militants – all of them seeking to shape and influence the world we know today. This is a shadowy realm of clandestine meetings, power plays, initiations, violence, and intimidation; all held together by blood ties, oaths of allegiance and above all – secrecy.
Through fascinating personal testimonies from former members, the work of investigative reporters, the insights of authors and experts and the eye-witness accounts of those who have had dealings with them, we get a glimpse into some very secret territory.
