What Happened to Skylar Neese?
The death of 16-year-old Skylar Neese, whose remains were found in January 2013, six months after she was reported missing from her West Virginia home. Rachel Shoaf pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, telling authorities that she and fellow teenager, Shelia Eddy, planned and carried out Neese's murder.
