After years of hard work, their pet project became a respected company in the Atlanta area theatrical community. Then the pandemic hit, and with no audiences to entertain, Joni and Steve's passion project fizzled out. With retirement around the corner, they want to sell their house and use the equity to fund their theater's post-pandemic reopening. But to make their theatrical dreams a reality, Joni and Steve need to get top dollar on their home. Unfortunately, the potential buyer's reviews of their listing have been nothing but rotten.
