Charles Homet will network with New York's party elite to throw a spectacular party at his townhouse listing. His challenge will be attracting young and wealthy buyers while promising his overbearing owner there will be no damage to his $11.5M home. The Kleiers have received two listings from the same eager seller in the same building, one a triplex, the other a duplex, and while the units are not currently combined, they could be. The Kleiers are tasked with selling both of the units, either as a package deal or individually.
