Meanwhile, CORE's Tom Postilio struggles to find a way to sell an apartment somewhere near and dear to his heart: his own building. Eventually turning to his coworkers for advice, he comes up with the perfect method.

The Right Moves
Morgenstern meets the Labnos, a Canadian couple looking to invest in a New York apartment that they can buy and flip. After missing out on a space in Brooklyn, Adrian Noriega shows his client around Harlem, a neighborhood he was previously unfamiliar with.

Trophy Property
The Kleiers take on the challenge of selling the most expensive penthouse apartment in Brooklyn. CORE's Vicky Barron takes a risk by allowing a client to live in a townhouse for the day so she can determine if it suits her needs.

The Big Stage
Michele Kleier shows Regis Philbin what it takes to be a top broker in New York City in a segment for the Regis & Kelly show. Warburg agent Richard Steinberg has 90 days to restage and sell a Gramercy Park Hotel space.

Youth Movement
CORE's Michael Graves has to come up with a new buyer strategy while his seller won't budge on the price. Jay, David and Margaret of Warburg need to come up with a competitive price for a listing that has a million dollars-worth of renovations.

Center Stage
CORE's Tom Postilio explores a developing townhouse and enlists the help of a designer to make the space go from under construction to a completed listing. Robert and Charlie from Warburg get the chance to list a great Harlem apartment and decide that investing in staging is the way to go.

Lucky Dogs and New York Newbies
Sabrina and Michele Kleier have clients that are ready to buy the perfect apartment, but the deal may be in jeopardy if their large dog is not allowed in. CORE agent Parul Brahmbhatt tries to find the perfect rental for a San Francisco couple who are unfamiliar with New York real estate.

New Beginnings, New Homes
The girls of GHK help a publisher at Harper-Collins find a home of her own, despite her apprehensive emotions about turning 40 and looking on her own. A newly divorced woman comes to Warburg's Deborah Lupard for help with finding a rental that will be appropriate for herself and her children.

Big Decisions and Fast Deadlines
Doron Zwickel of CORE needs the perfect price point for a developer's high end rentals. Jocelyn Turken, Joel Moss and Herbert Cho of Warburg try to hold a successful launch party in order to start selling their finished apartments.

A Family Affair
Richard Steinberg from Warburg has to find a way to sell a cool downtown apartment with a view, but all the views are covered by ugly scaffolding. He gets assistance from his son to bring some hip and trendy buyers into the apartment. Jessica from GHK tries to convince a big family that they're going to have to spend a little money in order to make money by selling.

Leaving Home
With a baby on the way, GHK's Samantha Kleier is her own worst client as she searches for a new apartment. Warburg's Leslie Rosenthal tries to help a family sell quickly so they can move across country.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
After already convincing international client Raffaele to purchase an expensive property without ever seeing it in person, Lucie Holt from Citi Habitats tries to convince him to buy the property next door. Kirk Rundhaug from CORE tries to get big fish client Gloria Naftali to bite on one of his expensive listings.

House of Lords
The Kleiers work with a handsome prince to help him find the weekend home on Long Island he's dreamt of since childhood. Meanwhile, a Warburg agent hosts a a hip Harlem party for a unique church conversion that she hopes will draw enough attention to the property for her to keep her client happy, and keep the listing.
