Without the possibility of knowing which surrogate mother carries the baby of which couple, everyone is forced to flee the clinic in a convoy led by Ravalet, who has become a DGSE agent. The presence of former Minister Alexandre Le Quellec makes the fate of these citizens an important issue for the French State. A plane must wait for them to bring them back to secure territory.

Installed in Romania for a few hours, Captain Lefort's men train as part of their NATO mission and kill boredom by looking for something to feed the regiment's popote.
