On his doctor's recommendation following a suspected diagnosis of Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), Ulisses begins therapy. Six years after disappearing without a trace, Uli returns to seek Caio's help.

After being caught using stimulant drugs, Ingrid seeks therapy. Looking for a therapist she can trust enough to open up about herself, she finds her way to Caio.

Seeking clinical supervision, Caio follows Davi's recommendation and begins seeing a new psychologist. Rosa Gabriel is unlike any professional Caio has ever worked with, and he grows increasingly unsettled by her unconventional approach.

Érica reveals that her husband was disappointed to learn she doesn't want children. She also recounts becoming involved with a patient and mentions a missed period. When Caio asks whether she might be pregnant, she avoids answering and leaves for a medical appointment.

Morena tells Caio about the scare she experienced when her father went missing the previous week. She opens up about the revelations and personal reflections the incident brought to the surface.

Working on the biography he hopes to publish forces Ulisses to revisit his past. During the session, he reflects on pivotal moments in his life and finally opens up about the woman he has always loved.

Ingrid arrives at her session visibly distressed and in tears. She confides in Caio about the intense pressure she faces at work and the traumatic experiences she carries involving her sister.

Caio manages to bring the family together. During his session with Théo, he makes a decision regarding his sessions with Rosa and the next steps he will take.
