In the first episode of the new season of the show "The Session" you will learn how Eldar Dzharakhov copes with panic attacks caused by diabetes and sugar deficiency, moving away from a behavioral pattern of self-destruction to self-control and self-care. Eldar shares details of how a previously undiagnosed ADHD led to the most painful experience in his childhood, from which the ensuing insecurity and excessive self-criticism was born.
In conversation with Dmitry Dibrov, the musician and blogger will talk about his formation, self-identity, constant feelings of guilt and difficult relationships with his parents, to whom he addressed during the program with a sincere and touching speech.
