Segments 1: Truth or Dare; Two couples, Tanner (Eddie Jay) and Sonya (Kimber Lynn) and Kim (Holly Hollywood) and Dave (Voodoo) come together once each month to play truth or dare. This is the "dare" month and they will have sex in a hospital and morgue. Segments 2: Cold Fingers; Med student Denise (Calli Cox) persuades her boyfriend Ryan (Billy Glide) with her classmate Michelle (Tia Lee) to enter a bed in the school morgue to frighten the teacher's pet Rachel (Jennifer Austin) in return a threesome. But things don't go as planned.
