Dermot presents highlights from the previous 24 hours, and chats to sleep experts, celebrities and the contestants' friends and family.

Day Four
Someone gets fined for snoozing, and there's action from the head-to-head coin-tossing competition.

Day Five
One contestant walks after losing £2000 from the fund - for snoozing. Four voluntary insomniacs remain...

Day Six
Chris, Clare S, Jimmy and Jonathan compete in a reaction test. One of them won't make it to the end of the episode.

Day Seven
The final day finishes with a devious and compelling stand-off. Who can stay awake the longest... with their eyes covered and the lights off?
