Dr. Baker runs an advertisement for penile enlargement, but Elena alters the ad to include the phrase, ""Let the African Experience be yours."" Tyler sees the ad and is greatly offended. Tiffany wants to start a doggie sweater business, and Sheila's husband wants a penis enlargement. Kenny somehow gets shot in the foot.
