Season 1
Episodes

Titanic and the Race for the Atlantic
This is the tale of how a city at the edge of Europe revolutionised maritime history, turning the White Star Line and the Titanic into two of the most famous names in history.

Ships at War
Just as Hartland and Wolff and the White Star Line won the race for the Atlantic, the sinking of the Titanic sent shock-waves around the world. It was the greatest maritime disaster in history, but even greater carnage was to follow the war. The shipyard was now hurled into an arms race to build the biggest warships the world had ever seen.

From the Sea to the Air
The second half of the 20th Century was the era of the supertanker, and Belfast was at the forefront of the industry once more. Supersizing the building dock that built the Titanic to accommodate this new breed of leviathan ships, the SS Canberra Belfast yet again produced the world's most innovative passenger liner. But this space-age looking ship would soon be caught up in the middle of a war - one she narrowly survived, and one from which she would return a hero.
