Resident eco-expert, Georgie Barrat offers tips to keep our home heating systems running efficiently this winter, while keeping costs down.

Angellica Bell and Ortis Deley lend their expert knowledge to retired couple, Tracey and Ian Everett from Lancashire in a bid to find them the best products at the right price. With a security system that dates back decades, they're keen to find a modern solution that will help them keep an eye on the house without hefty subscription fees. Our pros in the know also present the couple with a new budget-friendly smart fitness tracker to try, which they put it through its paces during a busy week of activities including yoga, walking, cycling and even wild swimming. And DIY-enthusiast Ian is also looking for a multi tool that'll help him upgrade his power tool arsenal when tackling jobs around the house.

Plus, Jon Bentley is joined by an explorer who was the first woman to ascend the tallest peaks on each of the seven continents, in a test of winter jackets.

Guy's Grocery Games

In each episode of Guy's Grocery Games, four talented chefs compete in a number of challenges as they navigate their way through the aisles of a grocery store, adhering to "real-world" obstacles. Whether it is shopping on a budget, substituting out-of-stock ingredients or grabbing groceries at closing time, each chef has to shop, prepare, and plate three different dishes using whatever they can pull off the shelves. Ultimately, the food does the talking, as one-by-one the losing chefs "check out," by a rotating panel of judges that includes Melissa d'Arabian, Richard Blais, G. Garvin, Troy Johnson, Catherine McCord, Aarti Sequeira, among others. The last chef standing goes on a shopping spree of a lifetime worth up to $20,000!

Family Guy

Family Guy follows Peter Griffin the endearingly ignorant dad, and his hilariously offbeat family of middle-class New Englanders in Quahog, RI. Lois is Peter's wife, a stay-at-home mom with no patience for her family's antics. Then there are their kids: 18-year-old Meg is an outcast at school and the Griffin family punching bag; 13-year-old Chris is a socially awkward teen who doesn't have a clue about the opposite sex; and one-year-old Stewie is a diabolically clever baby whose burgeoning sexuality is very much a work in progress. Rounding out the Griffin household is Brian the family dog and a ladies' man who is one step away from AA.
