The political implications of both cases begin to unfold, as Pastor Janae urges Governor Eamons to do more for the poorest communities in Gate Station, leading her to the Campbell household. Meanwhile, Eamons' biggest competition, Penn Moder, seeks out Jesse's mother, Alicia.
