Abidin takes the decision to ask for Gülsüm's hand and after getting approval from her, he now has to face the herculean task of getting Ferhat's approval. This news raises Handan's ire.
Asli takes Gülsüm to her house and Abidin makes preparations for the marriage. Yeter opposes them but finally comes through. Asli takes Ferhat away and makes him own up to comes to terms with his own feelings or else leave other's to live their lives.
