Episode 1
Robbie is the youngest pilot to become a captain in the UK. Now 25, he has the dream job, and the dream girl but there is one small problem, he lives in Edinburgh and she lives on the remote island of Shetland.
Luckily for him, good pals Shannon and Karolina are on hand to organise a team day out, and some solid advice on long distance relationships.
Omar has moved from Spain to start a new in life in Scotland. He is training to become a cabin crew. Having packed up his whole life to move here, the pressure is on to pass the airlines gruelling fire and safety exams or risk moving home again.

Episode 2
James is the first newly qualified pilot in the UK and Europe living with HIV, but he has had to fight to make this dream job a reality. This week he gets to tick off another first, landing in one of the biggest and busiest airports in the world, Heathrow!
It is a high point of his career, but another obstacle still stands in his way. Because of his HIV status James cannot fly alone or become an instructor. Never one to let his HIV be a barrier, he decides to challenge this law, but will he succeed?
The gang hit the town for some well-deserved drinks and bonding time and the girls get an exciting offer. Meanwhile Omar undergoes his final set of training and exams but as graduation day looms, has he done enough to pass?

Episode 3
A new route has opened for the airline, and cabin crew Shannon, Karolina and Alannah have been asked to be the faces of the promo campaign. The girls prep for their photo shoot with a pamper day and bring their A game for the cameras and the socials.
Long distance love birds Robbie and Kirsten finally manage to co-ordinate their schedules and get a weekend away on the island of Shetland. There's no better back drop for a romantic break but can Robbie convince Kirsten to move in with him on the mainland?
James undergoes neurological exams in order to overturn aviation legislation that limits his career path due to his HIV status. Will the results help him realise his dream of flying solo?

Episode 4
Best mates Kuda and Dean are settling into their new lives as pilots in Aberdeen, leaving behind their families in Manchester and Mauritius. Both lads are First Officers and the dream is to become a captain, but who will get the big promotion first? Today Kuda challenges Dean to a driving challenge at a local racetrack.
Cass has been cabin crew for 6 years but is now training to become a pilot. Luckily for her, one of her best mates in the airline is Captain Robbie, who takes her up on a private flight to show her the ropes.
Alannah is struggling with the decision to stay at home with her family in the countryside or move to the city to be nearer to work and her pals.Drinks with Shannon and Karolina help put things into perspective.

Episode 5
Robbie heads to the famous Edinburgh Royal Mile to show off his street performing skills. Juggling knives and fire on an 8 foot unicycle helped pay towards getting his pilot's license but after 2 years, can he still pull in the crowds?
Best friends and flatmates Shannon and Karolina are both senior cabin crew and very rarely ever get to fly together. But today, they're on the same flight and delighted to be spending the day together. The only problem is Shannon is the number 1 and therefore in charge today…
Its decision time for Alannah as she must finally choose whether to stay with her family out in the sticks or fly the nest and head to the city.

Episode 6
Stefano, one of the youngest pilots in the airline is about to hit a major milestone in his career. With the help of his mum, he's overcome major challenges to get where he is today.
Single mum Jenna struggles with work life balance as her daughter Nina is about to start school. Having always lacked confidence she's determined to show her daughter a different pathway in life.
James retakes his neurological exam to get the restriction on his pilot's license removed. He's determined to prove his HIV status should not be a barrier to career progression. But will the outcome be better second time around?

Episode 7
Stefano treats his mum to a surprise flight to one of the islands to thank her for all the support she's given him throughout his career. It's an emotional day as it's the first time she's ever been on a commercial flight with her son flying the plane.
Ailidh takes her Spanish pal Omar to the beach to sample some local delicacies but sad news from home means there are tough decisions ahead for the new recruit.
Jenna says goodbye to a much loved aircraft and gears up to kick off her singing career again with her first rehearsal in nearly 2 years! Can she get the confidence back to sing in front of an audience again?

Episode 8
Dean has an early start for the Royal Mail flight which provides a vital role in delivering the Scottish islands their post. Even better for Dean is that he gets to enjoy a bit of fishing in between flights although it's not quite as warm as his home of Mauritius!
Engineer Sara undertakes the most important job of her career, the conversion of one of the airlines planes into an air ambulance. There's a patient waiting to be transported first thing in the morning, so she's against the clock to get it done in time…
Jenna gets to grips with a new aircraft, then heads to Aberdeen with cabin crew pal Cass for a day of high pressure fire safety training.

Episode 9
Cass has a flying lesson but the pressure of balancing work and study weighs on her mind. Is her dream of becoming a pilot really worth it? On a flight to the island of Barra with an iconic beach landing, Cass seeks the advice of Rebecca, a female captain in the airline.
Whilst Kuda and Dean bring the Aberdeen gang together for a Halloween party, Sara heads to Denmark. She's got another important job lined up involving the inspection and purchase of a new plane for the airline. With mega bucks involved, there's no room for error.

Episode 10
Robbie flies to Shetland but Kirsten's no longer there. Is it game over for the long distance lovebirds, or has he finally convinced her to move to Edinburgh with him?
It's a big night for Jenna as she has a singing gig in a bar in Edinburgh. But after 2 years of not being in front of a crowd, will she overcome her confidence issues to shine on the stage?
It's been the busiest summer ever for the airline, and as the season comes to an end, Kuda has an idea to bring all the gang together to reflect on their year and to share what the future holds for every one of them.
