When a kidney mysteriously disappears off a grounded SkyMed plane, the crew must scramble to find the organ while it's still viable.

Deadheading
When an escaped convict mistakes Wheezer for a flight medic and abducts him to help his wounded partner, Wheezer must race to figure out how to keep the patient alive while trying to protect himself and his team from the dangerous felons.

Mercury Retrograde
A grounded Stef works her first shift at the Whiskey Hatch and bonds with a psychic. Meanwhile, Crystal clashes with Zay over a judgement call, Maya crosses a line, and Hayley uncovers the truth about Piper.

77 Hours
Hayley races to stop Piper from fleeing with her brother. Meanwhile, Crystal and Zay fight for survival after being trapped in an abandoned mine, and Crystal must make a difficult decision with life or death consequences.

Aftermath
Sheltering in place during a tornado warning, Crystal questions her decisions in the mine as Zay struggles to face his new reality, Lexi spirals when a patient triggers her fresh grief, and Piper must finally face what she's been running from.

Stick the Landing
As SkyMed faces an uncertain fate, Wheezer must finally confront his fears, Stef returns to the field, Lexi and Maya wrestle with their ghosts, and Crystal and Hayley are pushed to make choices for the future.
