With the help of Dr. Ahmadi, Alyssa hopes she can finally hold her head high, date and revel in college life. Next is Mark, who had perfect teeth growing up, and always loved to smile until an accident during a high school baseball game left him with a shattered mouth and low self-esteem. Now, Mark hopes that with dental surgery, he can regain the confidence to smile once again.
