Junior wants to buy a car, but doesn't have the money. He asks his father, and his father gives him a chance to earn the money. Junior's job is to be a watchman in Casey's father's store. While Junior takes a nap, a thief sneaks in and robs him blind. Shorty helps out Junior who then leaves him there to do his work. Shorty meets the thief and hides. All the Snorks wait in the store for the burglar. The burglar is helping out the captive Snorks by giving them food. Bigweed tries to get him as well. The thief turns out to be Jo-Jo! The poor people tell all about the strange ""sheriff"" and ""Half-sheriff"", which turns out to be Bigweed and Little Seaweed. Bigweed kidnaps Shorty and Little Seaweed gets the other Snorks to come to his rescue. The Snorks see through this plan and confront Bigweed.
