Bigweed and Little Seaweed are up to no good again. This time, they have created a Barracuda Machine to take over Snorkland. But then, Bigweed creates two cute purple robots named Snip and Snap, whose plan is to win over the emotions of the Snorks while Bigweed takes over Snorkland. Of Course, they turn out not to be so cute when they make trouble for many Snorks. When they defeat a Snorkeater, they are made heroes while Corky is woefully neglected. When Bigweed takes over, it's up to Corky to set things right again. And they use Snip and Snap to their advantage.
