Aled meets former and current stars of UK athletics to hear why the Commonwealth Games are so important and how faith can help with the challenges of elite competition. And renowned conductor, composer and Songs of Praise music director Ken Burton tells us about a collaborative music venture with local a cappella quintet Black Voices and an 800-strong amateur choir to celebrate the arrival of the games in the city.
