Stacey Solomon and her gang - organizer Dilly, carpenter Rob and cleaner Iwan - challenge the Harris-Hawley family to sort their lives out in seven days. They ask the family to try to let go of half their possessions so that the team can then beautifully reorganise their home.

Stacey gets to know the family behind the clutter - childhood sweethearts Dan and Char and their two daughters, Mia (11) and Cece (3) - who rent a two-up, two-down from their local council. She finds they own 437 DVDs, 200 hair bows, 59 hairbrushes and combs, and 1,011 toys. With everything displayed in front of them, the family are shocked to see how much they really own and wonder how it all fitted into their house in the first place.

There are emotional moments as the family go through their most treasured items. With only one week to go before their wedding, Char remembers trickier times as young parents before things came good.
Dan tells Stacey how he came to be the devoted dad he is now. Eventually, the items they decide to let go of are put into piles to recycle, donate or sell.

Carpenter Rob creates an ingenuous dining and storage solution in the kitchen. Cleaner Iwan gives the home a supersized spring clean, offering lots of useful tips along the way, and Dilly reorganises the living room into a multipurpose space for kids and adults alike.

The Fall family - mum Julia, dad Dan and their two children, Noah (9) and Rachel (4) - moved into their current home four years ago, and their clutter has been spiralling out of control ever since, with Dan's many unfinished DIY projects contributing to the overall chaos. Stacey Solomon helps them sort through all their stuff and relinquish the things they no longer need.

With Stacey's help, the family pack all their possessions into boxes. Every single item is stripped from the family home, revealing how much space there is under all their things. It turns out that they own 2,137 toys, 452 books, 13 guitars, 61 mugs and 1,274 tools. Dan lives with ADHD and struggles to let go of his guitars and tools, and emotions run high when expert organiser Dilly Carter presents the family with £2,000 in cash and cheques that they had lost in their overloaded home.

Carpenter Rob Bent breathes new life into their home, creating some clever built-in bench seating and smart workshop storage solutions. Cleaning expert Iwan Carrington works his magic, and Dilly rezones the downstairs, demonstrates how to sort out a bedroom wardrobe and shows the best way to keep the kitchen tidy.

Not only did grandma of six Sue fill her house up with her late mum's belongings, she also acquired the contents of a recently closed gift shop. Daughters Nicki and Donna want to spend more time at the house with their kids, but all the clutter means there isn't any space.

When laid out in a warehouse, the contents of the house include 532 plastic bag carriers, 205 hair rollers, 30 umbrellas, 17 old digital cameras and 443 pairs of shoes.

As the family go through their most precious items, Sue realises that it's not too late to have the home she always longed for. After decades of caring for her mum, she can finally put herself first and learn to trust in her own decisions.

At the house, Rob creates a pull-down bed, hidden behind a built-in writing desk, and some cleverly upcycled furniture. With lots of money-saving tips along the way, Iwan gives the home a mammoth spring clean, whilst Dilly reinstates the downstairs as a functioning living and dining room and shows us all how to organise our kitchens.

When the family are left with only the must-keep items, the house is stylishly refilled by Stacey and her team, ready for the big reveal. Have they really managed to transform this family's life and home by decluttering, organising and upcycling alone?

Two years ago, Raaj, her husband Roydel and their toddler son, Ajay, moved in with their two nieces, Simran and Harjoth, and nephew Gurkeerat when their mum (Raaj's sister) passed away after contracting Covid. The two families were forced to quickly merge together their households while grieving their tragic loss. Stacey guides us through the home transformation with lots of revitalising design hacks and upcycling ideas for refreshing our interiors.

Sifting through his military memorabilia dating from his 15 years in the US Air Force, Ron remembers struggling with being stationed abroad, away from his family. When Toyah finds it hard to
let go of the kids' toys, she realises how difficult she finds seeing her children grow up so quickly. As they were constantly moving home during Ron's air force years, her possessions gave her reassurance. Now, it could be time to let go of them.

At the house, carpenter Rob maximises the wardrobe space in Toyah and Ron's bedroom with floor-to-ceiling storage that features hidden pull-out steps. Ari and Alissah's beloved dolls get the star treatment inside bespoke multicolour display boxes, and in the kitchen Rob fits desperately needed wall storage. While Dilly reorganises the kitchen and laundry area, cleaner Iwan gives the whole house a spring clean. Stacey guides us through the home transformation with lots of smart design hacks and upcycling ideas for refreshing our interiors.
