The latest instalment live from the STAR space centre where, after weeks of intensive training, the cadets find out which of them have been selected for their special mission... to be flown 100 kilometres up into Near Space. Or will they?

The team believe that they will spend up to five days orbiting the Earth, conducting experiments and quite literally watching the world go by; or will they?

The handpicked team of cadets board the space shuttle and countdown to lift-off. Will they rumble the practical joke before lift-off?

The team of space cadets are being monitored as they journey to what they think is Near Space. As they conduct ever more strange experiments, will the crew cotton on to the joke and realise they are on the biggest ride of their lives?
