Rigtig mange danskere køber pulversauce i papæske eller færdigsauce på flaske. Det synes brødrene Price, er synd og skam, når nu den hjemmelavede bliver så mange gange bedre. Brødrene er nærmest kompromisløse, når det kommer til sauce, og det kan sagtens tage dem et lille døgn at fremstille den perfekte sauce. Men en super sauce kan også laves lynhurtigt og kræver ikke nødvenigvis, at man starter med 10 kg ben i en kæmpegryde. Flere teknikker afprøves og en ting er sikkert: har man først smagt en rigtig god sauce, eller sovs, går man meget nødigt tilbage til den færdiglavede.
