Bea is intrigued when a sophisticated and self-confident women settles herself shameless in the office of Luc Gijsbrecht. Less then an hour later she knows that Luc dismissed to go working in Africa and that Andrea Leroy will become their new headman. By order of the Board of Directors Andrea needs to carry through some reformations: Ambulance-driver Karel gets replaced by an external company and Bea needs to start working as a nurse again, in spite of her bad back. Yet Andrea Leroy also proves to be a fantastic doctor. She immediately finds a solution for Doctor Filip Driessen, who's patient will die in 24 hours if he doesn't get a liver transplant.
