Tensions run high when the couple resists leaving, causing the situation to escalate quickly. Flash must rely on his techniques to out-squat the squatter. But will his methods get them to evacuate?

In Garland, Texas, Flash Shelton and his team help a family repossess their deceased brother's home from a squatter who moved in on the day that their brother died. With the courts backed up and priceless belongings still inside, the team sets surveillance around the house and attempts to oust the squatter. However, with the locks changed and the squatter missing, will Flash succeed in this critical mission?
