Adam Hills, Alan Carr and Maya Jama host a star-studded night of fundraising. Joining them are a raft of famous faces, all coming together to raise funds for vital cancer research. Celebrity Gogglebox returns; Michael Bublé and James Corden star in Carpool Karaoke for SU2C, and there are sketches, appearances and performances from a host of names including John Legend, Liam Gallagher, Louis Tomlinson, Little Mix, Gareth Southgate, The Muppets, Stephen Merchant, Gary Lineker, Rita Ora, Sharon Horgan, Matthew McConaughey, Jon Hamm, Davina McCall, David Mitchell, Kate Beckinsale, Chris O'Dowd, Jamie Oliver, Tom Walker, Backstreet Boys and many more. Plus Travel Man's Richard Ayoade and Bake Off's Noel Fielding are on hand all night to explain the incredible science funded by SU2C. Middle child Gene is an aspiring musician with a thirst for life. Louise is the bunny ears-wearing youngest daughter with an off-kilter sense of humor that makes her somewhat of a liability in the kitchen – and with the public.
