Nothing Seems the Same
When the COVID-19 pandemic hits Seattle, the Station 19 crew leans on each other for support. Andy tries to make sense of her mother's return, while Sullivan settles into a new routine. And it's all-hands-on-deck when a group of teenagers unintentionally starts a wild fire.

Wild World
Andy takes the day off to continue to sort out her family life; Maya and Carina do their best to maintain their relationship while unable to physically see each other due to COVID-19 restrictions, and Sullivan strives to work on his sobriety. Meanwhile, the team responds to a call involving a wild animal.

We Are Family
The future of Sullivan's career hangs in the balance as his disciplinary hearing gets underway, and Ben, Dr. Richard Webber, Emmett Dixon and former Fire Chief Dixon are called to testify. Meanwhile, the crew investigates an electrical fire at a neglected apartment building that serves as the home and performance space for some of Seattle's most prominent drag queens.

Don't Look Back in Anger
The team responds to a difficult domestic dispute involving a pregnant woman. Meanwhile, Travis struggles to deal with a family crisis, and Maya and Carina's relationship continues to grow.

Out of Control
Andy and Sullivan find a way to stay connected; Ben confronts a tough loss, and Jack and Inara grow closer. Meanwhile, while off duty, the crew jumps into action to help a mother in distress, but their heroic efforts spark conflict with police officers who are less than eager to offer support.

Train in Vain
Carina and DeLuca pursue Opal, the woman suspected of sex trafficking last seen in the "Grey's Anatomy" winter finale. Meanwhile, Maya leaves Andy in charge for the yearly inspection, and Dean and Vic struggle to cope with the fallout Dean's traumatic arrest.

Learning to Fly
The Station 19 crew is called to a cult gathering where they find their leader, Brother John, dancing on the roof and claiming he can fly. Meanwhile, Travis gets a surprise visit from his father, and Dean makes a difficult decision that could affect his career trajectory.

Make No Mistake, He's Mine
Vic's love life is complicated again as she learns of a shocking secret. Meanwhile, Andy grows frustrated at Sullivan for undermining her authority, and Maya struggles to keep her jealousy at bay when one of Carina's old flames comes to visit.

No One Is Alone
Vic and Travis' friendship is put to the test as they respond to calls to help two best friends in need. Meanwhile, Jack realizes he has a greater impact on Marcus than he realizes, and new details about Travis' late husband's tragic death are revealed.

Save Yourself
Andy, Sullivan, Dean and Ben are faced with a tough choice while trying to save a couple trapped in their car. Meanwhile, Dean second guesses his legal fight against the Seattle Police Department; Travis' dad fears he will be outed when his "golfing friend" is exposed to COVID-19; and Carina's immigration status is called into question.

Here It Comes Again
Maya, Jack, Vic, Travis and Sullivan respond to a burn call at an ice rink. Meanwhile, a pregnant woman and her husband seek out the station for help; and Maya and Carina have a difficult conversation.

Get Up, Stand Up
In the wake of national outcry after the tragic murder of an unarmed Black man, Maya brings in Dr. Diane Lewis to grief counsel the team.

I Guess I'm Floating
Ben and Dean wrestle with life and death after the Black Fighter's Coalition banquet.

Comfortably Numb
Ben finally faces the health issues he has been putting off. Meanwhile, Jack and Inara help their neighbor out of a trashy situation, and Carina and Maya reevaluate their relationship.

Say Her Name
When Vic helps her parents through a devastating loss, they have a long overdue conversation about the anguish of being Black in America.

Forever and Ever, Amen
Maya addresses some unresolved family issues, and the crew takes matters into their own hands when faced with a life-or-death moment on scene. Meanwhile, Andy and Sullivan's marriage is put to the test.
