Dan Fogler traces the story of one of the most iconic branches of martial arts: kung fu. From exploring the birth of the iconic Shaolin style to the masters who adapted its techniques, Dan's journey stretches across centuries of history and shows how martial arts evolve and develop over time. Shaolin, Wudang, Choy Li Fut, Okinawa-te and karate – there are many stops to make along the path of kung fu, and many masters to learn from. To kickstart his journey, Dan is teaming up with actor Claudia Kim.

Inner Battle
Dan Fogler goes deeper into the world of martial arts by investigating the mental and physical benefits they can have. From children helping to ease their ADHD to a man known as ‘The Most Dangerous Man in the World' – the impact martial arts can have on our lives is extensive. Taekwondo, Taekkyeon, Goju-Ryu karate and Kyokushin karate – how can these styles help us win our inner battle and display mastery over our own sense of self?

The Way of the Sword
Dan Fogler explores how martial arts have been used by a wide range of warriors throughout the ages. From the ancient Terracotta Army in China to Japan's legendary samurai – how can the teachings of martial arts help forge empires and even overcome the threat of modern weaponry? Whether it's on the battlefields of history or in the high-pressured environment that bodyguards face in the modern world, these Masters embody both the way of the fist and the way of the sword.

Modern Age
Dan Fogler is bringing things into the now for the final chapter of his journey into martial arts: he's searching for the ways that modern audiences engage and enjoy these ancient practices. From the excitement and drama of MMA arenas to legends of cinema like Bruce Lee and Korean director Crazy Doo – how will the next generation be inspired to become Masters?

Drawn by her caring nature, locals soon flock to her with all kinds of cases. But when a friend dies suspiciously, Pearl finds herself in conflict with gruff new cop in town DCI Mike McGuire.

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives
With roadside diners, vintage drive-ins and out-of-the-way "dives" enjoying a resurgence of hipness among foodies, host Guy Fieri travels across America in search of some of the best "greasy spoon" eateries. The restaurants that Guy visits are usually well-known among locals and other people in the region. While at each location, Fieri talks to the staff as well as the customers to get their thoughts on the food. Many episodes feature eateries that are connected by a common thread, such as burgers or comfort foods but its all here on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.
