At her hen night party Tara Rafferty finds out that her fiance and colleague in the law firm has been cheating on her. She leaves him and the firm and starts out as a solicitor on her own.

Solicitor Tara Rafferty has to deal with a case where a will is disputed and her ex-fiance Eric wants her to give him another chance.

Episode 3
Tara Rafferty has to deal with a case of apparent bigamy when two women claim to be married to the same dying man and fight for the right to be acknowledged as his next of kin.

Episode 4
Tara takes on two demanding cases at once - a friend of Ray's who faces losing his son to state care and a public inquiry into misappropriation of hospital funds, both of which pit her against the establishment. As she comes under pressure from all sides, her friends suffer a series of mishaps, she fears someone is plotting her downfall.
