A first impression is always the most important. And when the makeover candidates featured in this series sit in front of a two-way mirror, they receive no-holds-barred commentary from a group of anonymous people. Then over a week's time, they are transformed through dental work, eye lifts, fashion and beauty makeovers, and more. They return to the studio to face a new panel who then comment on their looks.
