White Meeting
A genius doctor has stayed inside a sealed room in a lab for 15 years following her arrest for the murder of her parents. Now architecture professor Souhei Saikawa, and his student, Moe Nishinosono go to her isolated island to visit her.

Azure Encounter
The camping trip to Himeka island gets off to a great start with a BBQ and lots of alcohol. But when Moe visits Dr. Magata's lab, things take a sinister turn.

Red Magic
Nobody can believe their eyes at the corpse that appeared from within Shiki's room. They try to figure out what happened, but the room was completely closed off, which only makes the plot thicken.

Rainbow-Colored Past
After the first murder, Shiki's uncle, Director Shindou, is killed as well. The lab is in an uproar. To find out who the killer is, Nishinosono and Saikawa investigate Shiki's room. There they find a robot named Michiru, and a strange message saying "Everything becomes F."

Silver Hope
In the process of investigating Director Shindou's murder, Nishinosono and Saikawa learn the details of Shiki's multiple personalities and the murder of her parents that took place 15 years ago. The two of them try to figure out what she was thinking in order to find a clue. In doing so, Nishinosono is forced to confront her own past.

Deep Crimson Determination
Saikawa and Nishinosono return to the camp, putting off trying to find a solution to the case. But they can't stop thinking about it. They go back to the lab and investigate Dr. Shiki's rooms again, where they find a strange number that is a clue.

Gray Boundary
Saikawa meets Miki, Dr. Magata's sister, and realizes that Dr. Magata's unique mind has remained unchanged since childhood. Meanwhile, Moe experiences virtual reality with the help of another member of the institute's staff, Shimada. As she does, a mysterious voice forces her to confront her own past.

Purple Dawn
After her experience in Virtual Reality, Nishinosono remembers that Saikawa was with her after her parents death. The lab attempts to reset the non-functioning Red Magic system, and as the lights go out Saikawa finds a clue.

Yellow Blind Spot
The lab maintenance is finished and the system comes back online. The police come to the island, but the investigation has made no progress. At last, however, Saikawa solves the mystery of the locked room and prepares to confront the culprit.

Aster-Colored Truth
The truth behind the murders is revealed. Moe and Saikawa meet with the killer in virtual reality, and as they reveal the mysteries, they learn what kind of life Dr. Magata lived.

Colorless Weekend
Time has passed since the incident at Magata Labs, and Saikawa and Nishinosono's daily life is returning. Then one day, Shiki visits Saikawa at the university library..
