Damián asks Andrés to intervene with María to convince her to sell Julia's shares to the De La Reinas. Tasio tells Carmen how happy he is to be able to strengthen his professional relationship with Marta. Gema, overwhelmed with Teo, doesn't know what else to do to make the boy feel comfortable. María blackmails Andrés: she won't sell the shares to Don Pedro if Andrés stops seeing Begoña.
