Sophie has lined up some great houses for them to see but soon learns that it's not for nothing that Don's nick name is 'The Negotiator'. 150 miles south, just outside of Almeria, childhood sweethearts David and Pam Rowe are searching for their dream retirement property. Number one on their wish list is a sea view. Spanish Property Choice have three apartments lined up for them to see for their 110,000 euro budget.
