After 12 years of helping clients find their dream homes, Sharon and Steve Garner have decided it's time to sell the family home in the Spanish mountains and move somewhere that's going to see them into their retirement. They've made the brave move to design and build their own property from scratch, but agreeing on a style isn't so easy. Meanwhile, back at the office, new clients Ken and Heather Ward have a starting budget of 150,000 euros to buy a country property with enough land to drive a tractor. Up the coast in Alicante, Casas Manuel are showing retired nurse Janet Batchelor three properties. Ideally Janet would like at least two bedrooms and a communal pool for her 140,000 euro budget. Can husband and wife team Linda and Manuel find her perfect match?
