Meet the Press moderator Kristen Welker joins Sunday TODAY's Willie Geist to discuss her interview with President Donald Trump on the decision to launch joint strikes with Israel on Iran that killed a "large amount" of leadership. After the United States and Israel launched strikes on Iran, American allies in the Middle East, many hosting United States military bases, are facing the brunt of the Iranian retaliation. NBC's Keir Simmons reports for Sunday TODAY from Dubai. For more than 70 years, the United States has had a complex and often hostile relationship with Iran. Over those years, the U.S. has branded Iran a state sponsor of terror and now the divide is growing deeper after the U.S.- Israeli joint strikes that killed Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei. NBC's Raf Sanchez reports for Sunday TODAY on the history of U.S. and Iran relations. It has been one month since Nancy Guthrie, beloved mother of TODAY's Savannah Guthrie, was abducted from her home in the middle of the night. A growing memorial outside Nancy's home features a sea of bright yellow flowers and a sign reading ‘Let Nancy Come Home." At least three people were killed and a dozen more injured in a shooting at popular bar in the West 6th Street district of Austin, Texas, according to police. Officers shot and killed the suspect and an investigation into the shooting is underway. In this week's Sunday Sitdown, Nick Jonas joins Willie Geist at Tavern on the Green in New York's Central Park to discuss his new solo album "Sunday Best" and opens up about its personal connection to his wife Priyanka Chopra and their daughter. Nick also reflects on his career journey with his brothers Nick and Joe from shooting to fame, going separate ways and then finding their way back together to sell out stadiums.
