Casey is shocked when he finds Alex lying on the kitchen floor. Vanessa is afraid of working with Alex. When the paramedics arrive Michael discovers that Alex has Stage 4 cancer and he tells Casey to go with his mother.
When they leave Michael is not pleased that Casey found out the truth in this way. Alex & Casey talk in the hospital and she apologizes to him. When Michael tries to apologize to Casey, he calls him a sob.
Annie blackmails Tim into taking Maria's diary. When the diary is not in Meg's backpack Annie realizes that it must be in Meg's room. When she arrives there she has no idea that Meg is coming home early from her job.
Olivia dreams of telling Gregory the truth about the father of her baby and it doesn't come out too well. Caitlin moves back to her house and Gregory sees it as a great chance to control Olivia's drinking. Cole enters the wrong room and gets into the bed with Olivia, instead of Caitlin. Caitlin approaches the room...
