Supercar Megabuild - Season 1

In this episode of Supercar Megabuild, Afzal Kahn and engineers Ralph and Ranen take on the challenge of converting an Aston Martin Vantage V8 into a supercharged, GT inspired racer. Ralph and Ranen, the engineering brains behind the project go on a mission to turn this elegant production supercar into an aggressive, super-fast track vehicle that will still be road legal for Mr Kahn's discerning customers. If they can get the mix right, Mr Kahn believes this prototype could be the start of something big - the first of as many as 30 to roll off the production line for his discerning clients.

In this episode of Supercar Megabuild, Engineers Ralph Hosier and Ranen Rudra face what seems an impossible task set by pop star client Shane Lynch: take his refined, elegant, 1979 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow, and turn it into an all out, bad boy styled drift machine. This will be the ultimate challenge even for the experienced engineers - they've never done a drift car before and certainly not one based on a prestige brand like Rolls Royce. It's a journey that will take them to the home of drifting, Japan, where they'll learn the skills and mechanics of this motorsport from the best in the business.

In this episode of Supercar Megabuild, designer and motor industry mogul, Afzal Kahn has an idea for a prototype based on a vehicle he's very familiar with: the Range Rover Evoque. But that is where the familiar territory for the designer ends. In this episode of Supercar Megabuild, Engineers Ralph and Ranen are tasked with fulfilling their mentor's dream of producing one of the fastest road cars in the world. Afzal Kahn challenges them to engineer a car to beat his Bugatti Veyron in a straight quarter mile race. If that was not hard enough he gives the engineers a time limit of three weeks. In search of the perfect donor machine, Ralph and Ranen head to Japan and the world of car tuning. Much to Kahn's annoyance the boys return with a Nissan GT-R and a specialist Japanese ECU hack. In this episode of Supercar Megabuild, Afzal Kahn and the engineers are confronted by a tough brief set by a mystery, high profile client. They must modify a Mercedes G-Wagen by adding the ultimate security features. Their work on the car will take them to Mexico and the kidnap capital of the world as they learn the how and why of the latest security features available for their vehicle. They'll also learn how to install the latest bullet proof technology into the Mercedes, fit a nitrous injection system to ensure a speedy getaway and the security features will be integrated into a bespoke Kahn design styling package.

Looking to expand his car design empire, Afzal Kahn give's the engineering team a project, that could be their toughest challenge to date - to create a Kahn inspired Jeep that is bigger and better than any that have gone before it. And if that is not enough, they have to make it a success in a land where people hold the Jeep in very high esteem - the United States of America. It's a big job, but Kahn wants it done in small amount of time because he has a swanky showroom already booked for the new Jeep's launch in Hollywood. In this episode motoring mogul, Afzal Kahn is asked to help an old friend who wants to be able to go hunting in his 200,000 Bentley Mulsanne. And when Afzal needs something doing, he often uses it to test the engineers he is mentoring . Ralph and Ranen must re-engineer the Bentley so it can take on the off road trails of Scotland, fully equipped with everything the modern gentleman hunter will need for a weekend shoot in the highlands. But can the boys take one of the world's most luxurious cars and turn it into something more akin to a armored camper van on wheels, without ruining the car and their relationship with their mentor?

In this episode of Supercar Megabuild, engineers Ralph and Ranen head to America. Their mentor, car designer, Afzal Kahn has instructed them to source an American Muscle Car and adapt it for the UK market. Their brief is to produce a car for Mr Kahn that will cater for the growing appetite in the UK for these powerful American vehicles - but also appeal to drivers who have to handle the narrow winding roads in Britain and people who favour more of a European styling package. During their American odyssey, Ralph and Ranen conduct a drag race between three different muscle cars to help pick their favorite.

In this episode of Supercar Megabuild, engineers Ralph and Ranen are being put into the deep freeze. Their mentor, car designer, Afzal Kahn has been contacted by a client and friend, asking him to produce a vehicle capable of surviving winter conditions, taking on difficult terrain…and crossing deep snow. To complete their mission, Ralph and Ranen begin by testing out the vehicle given to them by their boss - a comfortable, conservative executive saloon - the Audi A8. Putting it through its paces at an indoor ski centre, they show this vehicle has a long way to go before it can stand up to the clients brief.
